A robotic mower follows a mapped work area and returns to its charging station. Trimly sets up the mower and adjusts the schedule for the property and growing conditions. Keep loose items clear of the lawn and tell us when the layout changes.

Standard pricing covers properties up to six acres. Larger properties need a custom assessment. Access, terrain, grass height, and the layout also affect which equipment fits.

Keep children, pets, and other people out of the mowing area while the mower runs. Stop it before anyone enters to play. Sensors and mower access gates do not replace these precautions. Follow the manual for the installed mower.

We adjust mowing for weather and ground conditions. Saturated ground and other unsafe conditions can delay mowing. Ask how your plan handles an extended interruption.

Mowing subscriptions are month-to-month. Review your quote and service terms for billing, cancellation, and added work. Mower purchase agreements have their own terms.

We assess the grass and choose equipment that supports its cutting height. Bermuda, zoysia, centipede, and tall fescue need different settings and seasonal care. Do not cut fescue to a low Bermuda height.

We serve York County, including York, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Clover, and Tega Cay. Request an address and property assessment to confirm coverage and mower fit.
